FAQ

Straightforward answers to the questions we hear most.

In our experience, a full DACH market entry takes between 12 and 24 months — from market readiness through to sustained shelf presence. The exact timeline depends on your category, how retail-ready your product is, retailer review cycles and the complexity of negotiations.

We work across supermarkets, hypermarkets, discounters, drugstores, cash & carry, specialty retail and online retail groups active in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We discuss specific retailer strategies with you confidentially, once we've understood your product and objectives.

Yes. Confidentiality is fundamental to how we work. We sign NDAs as standard before any commercial information is exchanged.

Listings are ultimately the buyer's decision. What we guarantee is a professional, structured process, warm introductions to the right buyers, and full accountability for the work we deliver. Our commitment continues until your products achieve sustainable market success.

Our engagements are structured to cover the 12 to 24 months a full DACH market entry typically takes, with clearly defined milestones and review points along the way. The exact length depends on your product range, category complexity, packaging and compliance workload, and retailer review cycles.

We work on transparent professional fees — typically a combination of an assessment fee, a monthly project retainer for the listing programme, and clearly defined success components. Our retainer is always aligned with the complexity and scope of the project — number of product lines, target channels, compliance workload and required buyer coverage. Retainers typically range from EUR 5,000 to EUR 8,500 per month. We scope and quote every engagement individually before we begin.

For active listing programmes we typically ask for category or channel exclusivity for a defined period, so we can protect the process and the buyer relationships we build for you.

To get moving, we need your product specifications, packaging samples, pricing structure, production capacity, existing certifications and your commercial objectives for DACH.

Our focus is Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We consider adjacent European projects on a case-by-case basis.
